If you have visited us before and want to make an appointment click here. If you’re a new patient we will ask you to provide us with certain information so that we can assist you as best as possible: previous treatments, diagnostic testing, studies or analyses…

With this information we will assign you a day and a time for your appointment with the doctor. We will call you to confirm your appointment 24 to 48 hours ahead of time. If you have a partner we recommend that you come to the appointment together and also bring all medical documentation if you’ve undergone fertility treatment or testing in the past.

During your appointment

Your first appointment will last for approximately one hour. The doctor will review your medical, family and reproductive histories, past and current illnesses, and all the documentation you bring in the event that you have already undergone some fertility treatment or testing.

This first appointment includes a complete gynaecological exam for the female and, on occasion, an andrological examination for the male. If necessary, the doctor will request additional analyses and testing that will help reach an appropriate diagnosis.

We will also evaluate the sperm, meaning we will request a sperm analysis to study sperm concentration, motility, morphology and any possible abnormalities. You can request an appointment the same day as your sperm analysis. You simply need to let us know when booking your appointment.

If the doctor has everything that is needed, he or she will indicate the ideal treatment and even give you the informed consent. If your doctor still needs additional results, you will be given a second appointment to review additional test results and determine the treatment plan. At any rate, it is very important that you thoroughly read and sign every page of the informed consent.
