With a degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Granada and a specialisation in Gynaecology and Obstetrics from the University Hospital Carlos Haya of Malaga, Dr. Martinez has focused his professional career around fertility, human reproduction and andrology as Director of URE Centro Gutenberg from its founding in 1987 until 2017. Dr. Manuel Martínez Moya is a leader in reproductive medicine and an example to follow. He is a member of the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology; Spanish Fertility Society (participated on the National Board from 1998-2000); Spanish Society of Gynaecology and Obstetrics; founding member of the Fertility Section of the Andalusian Society of Obstetrics and Gynaecology; founding member of the Spanish Association of Andrology (participated on the National Board from 1993-1997). He regularly speaks at both national and international conferences and meetings and also collaborates on the development of books, articles and scientific/medical studies.

With a degree in Medicine and Surgery (University of Chile) specialising in Gynaecology and Obstetrics and a Master’s Degree in Human Reproduction (University of Valencia), Doctor Álvarez has spent over 15 years working both in Chile and Spain. For 7 years he formed part of the medical team at the Valencian Institute for Infertility (IVI) until becoming part of URE Centro Gutenberg’s medical team in 2010. At URE he has served as Medical Director since 2012. Together with his colleague Miguel Lara, he became Co Director of the clinic in 2017.

As the author of remarkable articles of scientific and medical interest such as “Dopamine agonist cabergoline reduces hemoconcentration and ascitys in hyperstimulated women undergoing assisted reproduction”, Dr. Álvarez regularly speaks at both national and international conferences and meetings. Specifically, he spoke at the ESHRE Conference in 2006 and was pre selected for the “Promising Young Clinician Award”.

He is a member of the Spanish Fertility Society and specifically forms part of the Endocrinology Interest Group.

With a degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Malaga and a specialisation in Gynaecology and Obstetrics from University Hospital Carlos Haya of Malaga, Dr. Flores began his career in medicine in 1996 at Hospital Carlos Haya of Malaga. Three years later he became a part of the URE Centro Gutenberg team as a gynaecologist where he led the medical team until 2012. At present he practices as a gynaecologist specialising in assisted reproduction.

He regularly speaks at both national and international conferences and meetings and also collaborates on the development of books, articles and scientific/medical studies.

He is a member of the Spanish Fertility Society and specifically forms part of the Embryo Health Interest Group; Spanish Society of Gynaecology and Obstetrics; Andalusian Society of Obstetrics and Gynaecology serving as speaker for the Reproduction Section; Spanish Association of Andrology; Spanish Association of Reproductive Biology.

With a degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Malaga, and Specialization in Gynecology and Obstetrics from the Hospital Poniente of Almería, since 2011, the year in which she began her training as a Resident physician, she has worked as a gynecologist in hospitals of Málaga and Almería, being a part of the URE Centro Gutenberg team since 2021.

Dra. Gallardo has a Master in Human Reproduction and in Gynecological Oncology, both from the Cardenal Herrera University, and Official Master in Sexology from Almería University.

She collaborates on the development of books, articles and scientific/medical studies. She is a member of the Spanish Fertility Society; the Spanish Society of Gynecology and Obstetrics and the Andalusian Society of Gynecology and Obstetrics.

With a degree in Chemistry from the University of Malaga, Miguel joined the team of embryologists at URE Centro Gutenberg in 2001. Ten years later, Miguel achieved the title of Junior Embryologist granted by the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE). Since 2017 Miguel has acted as Co-Director of the clinic together with his colleague Dr. Claudio Álvarez.

He regularly collaborates on the development of articles, projects and scientific/medical studies. He is a member of ASEBIR, the Spanish Fertility Society, the Spanish Association of Andrology and the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology.

He is a member of the Spanish Fertility Society and specifically forms part of the Fertility Preservation Interest Group.

In 2008 she achieved the title of Senior Embryologist granted by the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology, and in 2011 she received the ASEBIR Certification in Assisted Human Reproduction. She forms part of the ASEBIR Interest Group on Cryobiology. Belén has been on the ASEBIR Board of Directors since 2017.

She collaborates on the development of articles, projects and scientific/medical studies. She is a member of ASEBIR, the Spanish Fertility Society, the Spanish Association of Andrology and the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology.

With a degree in Biology and a specialisation in Clinical Analysis from the University of Malaga, Carmen has formed part of URE Centro Gutenberg’s team of embryologists from the beginning, in 1988, as one of the team members who, alongside Dr. Martínez Moya, achieved the first IVF pregnancy in the province of Malaga. In 2011 she received the ASEBIR Certification in Assisted Human Reproduction.

She regularly collaborates on the development of articles, projects and scientific/medical studies and is also a member of ASEBIR, the Spanish Fertility Society, the Spanish Association of Andrology and the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology.
